She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music and a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education from the University of Connecticut, where the piano was her primary instrument. Emily teaches Chorus and Music at Marshall Simonds Middle School in Burlington, MA. She is also the Musical Director of the Children’s Theater Program at Marblehead Little Theater, where she composes original songs and co-writes musicals for kids. Emily has twenty years of experience teaching Piano, Choir, Music, and Fine Arts classes in public middle and high schools across Connecticut and Massachusetts.
